Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Jus' Running. We take pride in ensuring that you receive the best fitting shoes possible.

If you want time to test your shoes/product before making a final decision, please test them in your home, on an indoor track, or on a treadmill.

Items in like new condition may be returned or exchanged within 15 days with proof of purchase and original packaging. 

Gently used items may be exchanged or refunded with store credit within 30 days with proof of purchase and original box. 

If, at any point, you are dissatisfied with the product or think it may be defective, please contact us, and will we investigate on a case-by-case basis.
